It was received on time and the product was beautifully packed. The material quality is good, overall the weight of the product is a little less that doesn't give the assurance of a sturdy built but I guess Its fine. The product matches the image with few natural differences which they already explain you beforehand.
Overall you get what you paid for.........and the memories with it''s just a lifetime bonus !

Pros: Amazing packaging, addition of the handwritten note upon requesting you is really appreciated, the quality of the pendant itself..
Cons: even though the pendant's resin part was good, the product as a whole seemed a bit inferior, the chain was of poor quality and so was the finish of the encasing of the pendant.
I would love to buy again if the product's quality would improve. The thing is we were more impressed by the packaging and the product was kind of a let down.
